Job description
We are looking for an Industrial Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of new industrial capacities and capabilities, supporting the rapid expansion of operational sites in line with strategic business goals.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Leading industrial development projects from conception to delivery
- Defining project scopes, schedules, and team structures (WBS/OBS)
- Coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, production, quality, etc.)
- Ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery of industrial infrastructure
- Acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, especially operations
- Managing subcontractors, planning procurement activities, and ensuring smooth execution
- Monitoring project progress and adapting plans to maximize quality, timing, and costs
- Managing risks and opportunities using tools like SWOT analysis
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards on site
- Reporting project status and KPIs to senior management

Profile
You have an Engineering degree (or equivalent experience), and at least 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial engineering with proven skills in project management.
You're autonomous, rigorous, pragmatic, and business-oriented. You understand operational requirements and deliver accordingly.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, can work effectively in matrix teams, and are comfortable writing technical documentation.
You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written. A VCA Safety Certificate is an asset. Willingness to travel is expected.
