Purpose:
Supporting and continuously improving the manufacturing of electronics products in the propulsion P&E Pittsburgh site. In addition, design, develop and maintain Control products HW test equipment.  

Key Responsibilities:

Develop hardware test diagnostics for low voltage electronic PCB’s and high voltage power components using Labview, circuit analysis, and hardware test/analysis methods
Design, support build, qualify, test, and troubleshoot test equipment used in testing electronic components and high voltage power components
Work with drafting department to create appropriate assembly and design drawings for electronic boards and test equipment. Work with project team to meet project schedule and priorities. Support and attend external customer design reviews as necessary. Support and attend internal customer design reviews as necessary

Qualifications:
Education:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university or equivalent
Master’s Degree preferred, but not necessary

Relevant Experience:

3-5 years minimum post graduate in equivalent engineering field
Experience using the Labview test suite software
Experience with electronic PCB design, analysis, and test equipment design
Experience with electronic test equipment and analysis tools
Electric propulsion experience preferred but not necessary
