•Parts design and development for E-Active Body Control [GLE/GLS & S-Class]
•Suspension Kinematics & Compliances Estimation, through the iteration of Suspension Hard points
•Overall, Axle Packaging and Design solution
•Expert in concept Design of Sheet metal and Casting brackets
•Supplier Interaction & Supplier Development Activities, along with PPAP Approvals and Audits
•Master Diploma in Mechanical CAD
•Pro efficient in UG Nx (Design & Kinematics)
•Able to work in MSc ADAMS for Multibody Simulation
•Involved in Assembly Plant Fitment Trails, Field Quality Issues and taken Countermeasures
