Operational Technology Cyber Security Junior Project Manager - Pharma
Join our Life Sciences division, a group of over 400 consultants working in Italy and of around 5.000 consultants working across other European Regions in the Life Sciences. Our strength has always been the integration of our expertise, which allows us to have a 360° view of the pharmaceutical world.
What will your contribution be in Akkodis?
You will plan cyber security OT projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, ensuring compliance with GMP and general cyber security standards, while delivering on time, and according to quality expectations.
You will act as a technical and operational interface between technical internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Participate in the definition of project requirements
- Develop and monitor project timelines in coordination with OT Design teams
- Track technical progress and related associated documentation
Technical & Regulatory Oversight:
- Knowlegde basic Solution Automation architectures (PLC, SCADA, DCS..) in line with pharmaceutical standards
- Manage technical changes within the quality system (Change Control)
Communication & Coordination:
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders
- Lead/Participate to project meetings and reviews
- Identify project risks and propose new solution
About you
Requirements to start your growth path:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Industrial IT, Process Engineering, or equivalent
- Fluent English and Italian
- Proven experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of GMP, GAMP 5
- Familiarity with industrial automation platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, DeltaV)
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and interpersonal communication
- Tools: JIRA, Project Gantt, Microsoft suite, Lynx (plus)
