About the role
This role is integral to ensuring the safe, high-quality, and efficient packaging of life-changing medications. As a Manufacturing Process Specialist, you will support the operational team by leading quality investigations and implementing corrective actions and continuous improvements. Your expertise in operational processes will be crucial in maintaining the quality of manufactured products. A proactive approach is required in order to achieving lean goals and identifying improvements across various operational aspects.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily operational activities by ensuring system configuration and procedures are current
- Investigate incidents and discrepancies in collaboration with Quality Assurance to prevent recurrence
- Drive the achievement of lean goals and departmental objectives
- Identify and implement improvements in safety, quality, compliance, inventory, costs, competencies, yields, and customer service
- Provide input for work instructions and prepare batch records (PI sheets)

About you
- Thorough knowledge of working in a Good Manufacturing Practice environment and using Good Documentation Practices
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch and English is essential
- Strong communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with Quality, Engineering, and Technical departments
- Logical thinking in root cause analysis and familiarity with problem-solving techniques such as RATIO, 5 WHY, and FISHBONE
- Technical insight into systems and equipment, with knowledge of SAP, TruVault, and Comet being advantageous
