OPERATIONS - ENGINEERING/PRODUCTION

Develop Big-Data capable Java based intelligent automation solutions to integrate REST APIs with data streaming platforms (Apache Kafka, Apache NiFi) and workflow platform (Redhat Process Automation Manager).
Design and write solutions to automate Business Processes using Java and Workflows.
Create and maintain scalable REST APIs, Apache NiFi ETL Pipelines, Redhat Process Automation Manager workflows and custom work items.
Write code to perform data transformation of json/xml payloads received from various data sources to complete system integration. Deploy and maintain application in Redhat Openshift.
Troubleshoot any Linux Operating System level issues related to Java applications being deployed. Write and maintain developer notes and system documentation.
Train and mentor news resources in team when necessary.
Must be resourceful in learning new technologies and have exceptional problem-solving skills.

Overall 5+ years of experience
Java 8 and/or 11 Experience
SpringBoot REST (Spring Data, Spring Cache, Spring Security) experience
Messaging Systems (Kafka , RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, etc) experience
Database development (MySQL, PostgreSQL, H2, etc) experience
Kubernetes/OpenShift/Docker experience
Proficient in Linux to create docker images and troubleshoot system issues.
Git flow / CICD / Gitlab experience
SSL Certificate (generate and configure) experience
Nice to have: RHPAM, NiFi, Rundeck, Redis experience
Must be able to create DB driven SSL enabled Spring Boot REST API with CI/CD deployment pipeline to deploy in OpenShift/Kubernetes with Docker image from scratch.
Must be open-minded and willing to self-learn new technologies/platforms like RHPAM/NiFi/Rundeck.
Must have DevOps mindset and be comfortable performing System Integration tasks.
Must have positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
