Akkodis’ Consulting & Solutions service line is strengthening its teams in India and recruiting a Data delivery lead M/F on a permanent contract in Pune.
The Data Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of data programs, projects, and initiatives in their region. This includes meeting quality standards, adhering to timelines, staying within budget, and aligning with industry best practices and agreed project standards. Their main missions will be :
1. Project and Program Oversight
- Drive roadmap development, initiation, and planning phases for the assigned region/territory to ensure comprehensive planning of all data services components.
- Oversee detailed budgeting discussions to ensure all data-related aspects are adequately accounted for.
- Manage data services activities for roll-out projects, Core-to-Core initiatives, data migration, and data alignment/load activities.
2. Team and Resource Management
- Organize and manage resources during pre-project phases to deliver solutions that meet defined requirements.
- Lead, manage, and allocate workloads for data services program/project managers and solution specialists within the region.
- Validate and ensure the quality of deliverables, ensuring compliance with established data standards and processes.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Actively participate in Architecture Board meetings, representing data services requirements.
- Collaborate on data budgeting topics and provide expertise to support financial planning processes.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to align on project deliverables and solutions.
4. Process and Quality Management
- Maintain and update portfolio and budgeting documentation with the latest information.
- Develop and implement quality improvement guidelines and processes related to data project management.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Work on standardizing and enhancing data delivery processes and documentation.
- Promote internal team development through improved workflows, knowledge sharing, and enhanced practices.
Coming from specialized training related to the tasks mentioned and/or justifying similar experiences, you have 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, data delivery and data migration. You ideally have PMI / Prince2 certification or similar project management qualification.
If you have a strong expertise in ETL, data migration technologies, proven success in managing cross-cultural teams and delivering strategic goals ; That you have a first experience in supplier management / negotiation and a background in ITIL Service Management processes then this is the job for you !
Dynamic and curious, you are methodical and rigorous. Your writing skills and interpersonal skills will be highly appreciated for this position.
