Advanced Business Manager - IT
As An Advanced Business Manager within Akkodis, your role is key in our sales development strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Identify / analyse our clients needs and trend
- Cold canvassing based on clients’ targets identified (by themselves or yourself)
- Offer of a customized approach to our clients
- Promote our Group’s different contract types depending on clients’ needs
- Anticipate the identification of new needs
- Excellent understanding of the talent acquisition process
- Manage the entire recruitment process in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team
- Facilitate career moves within your team by identifying any win-win solution for Akkodis and our clients
- Optimize consultant's time on projects
- Conduct project follow-ups, career conversations and take concrete actions to retain our talents within the organization with the support of your N+1
- Proactively take actions to identify solutions to limit our consultants inter project period
- Manage your P&L and forecast
We're looking for an Advanced Business Manager with a strong business aptitude, with at least 2 years of experience in IT sector.
Good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active, autonomous personality who can manage his/her own priorities, team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests, good with initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals.
Deep knowledge of English language is mandatory (B2 level).
