What will you be doing?

You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team, as well as the Business Management team. On a daily base, you will be involved in the following activities:

You will participate actively in the candidate selection process in an international context:

  • Analyze clients’ needs
  • Candidate search: organize the sourcing media (drafting job descriptions, candidate searching on various platforms, participating to recruitment fairs)
  • Candidate selection: via screenings and interviews with focus on necessary skill requirements to determine if candidates match the position profile and company culture
  • Candidate follow-up: build relationship with candidates to create a Talent Pool, schedule client interviews together with the Business Team, salary proposal

You will collaborate with HR in:

  • the follow-up and integration of consultants at AKKA; think of administration, onboarding, probation meeting and some expat management. Your work in Talent Acquisition does not end when a new colleague signed the contract, a good landing in our company is a team responsibility!

  • You have a passion for Human Resources
  • You have a first experience in recruitment through an internship, traineeship or comparable and you are very much interested in recruitment and you like to develop yourself in this field in the next years to become an expert
  • Some knowledge of recruitment of Electrical and System Engineering profiles can help you to start quickly, but the willingness to learn about these topics is the real must
  • You are a great communicator and have excellent listening skills
  • You are responsible, proactive and eager to take initiative
  • You have a winner mentality and you are a go-getter
  • You can both work in teams, as well as independent when this is required
  • You have a structured way of working and don’t mind the administrative part that comes with the job
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, speaking and writing
  • You are energetic and talented with potential to grow and ready to develop your career in our company; creativity, self-confidence, and excellent organization skills will help you to achieve our, and your goals


Most of all, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague, who enjoys coffee as much as the Business team, and who will bring in new ideas to organize social events with our Human Resources team!
