IT Support Analyst - Bristol - Hybrid - Great Benefits Package!

At AKKA we are delighted to be able to offer an exciting opportunity to join our team, based in our Bristol Office working as a IT Support Analyst.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking to develop a career in IT as an integral part of our Business Support team.

You will gain a variety of transferrable skills and work closely with our IT Manager to support day to day activities.

In this exciting role, you will be involved in the following, but not limited to:

• Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring PC performance.
• Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations.
• Conduct research on computer products
• Support the writing technical specifications for purchase of PCs and related products

Alongside this you will have exposure to;

• Recommending, scheduling, and performing PC, hardware and peripheral equipment improvements, upgrades, and repairs
• Liaising with, and providing training and support to end users and staff on computer operation and other issues.
• Installing, configuration, testing, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting end user software, workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products.
• Performing on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective hardware solutions, including off-site repair as needed.
• Developing, updating and maintain an inventory of all IT Assets.
• Constructing, installing, and testing customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systems.
