To strengthen our team, we are looking for an:
Senior Accountant – Part Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Validating the opening of customer projects/orders following a review of the relevant project documentation;
- Monitoring and analyzing project KPIs (Turnover, Revenue, Margin);
- Verifying costs attributable to projects and the related sales rates;
- Tracking project progress in alignment with Business Managers and Controller Specialists;
- Managing the accounts receivable process and invoicing for final clients;
- Liaising with clients' administration departments;
- Ensuring compliance with corporate procedures, with a specific focus on the lifecycle of production projects/orders.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Statistics and has gained at least 10 years of experience in a similar role. In addition to excellent English proficiency, the position requires strong problem-solving skills, effective time and stress management, and the ability to work well within a team, specifically in international environments.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of previous experience in the same or a similar role;
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics or Statistics;
- Knowledge of IFRS & USGAAP accounting standards.
- Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.);
- Fluency in English (all the work will be done in English);
- Availability to sporadic travels to Switzerland
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team, including within international contexts.
Nice to Have:
Proficiency in SAP ERP software.
