Position Overview :
The Small Scale Fill Finish (S2F2) department enables the launch of new, innovative medicines and vaccines by
developing and implementing new production processes, producing clinical batches, and acquiring product and
process knowledge.
The entire production process from A to Z is handled by the pilot plant team: cleaning and sterilization of
equipment, weighing raw materials, thawing active ingredients, formulation of solutions, suspensions, and lipid
nanoparticles (LNP), Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), sterile filtration, sterile filling of vials/syringes, and freezedrying of the filled product.
The pilot plant uses various pharmaceutical equipment and processes (steam sterilization, dry heat sterilization,

to the same quality standards as a commercial pharmaceutical production site.
