The main responsibilities:
- Analyze incidents (tickets) by conducting both initial and detailed assessments to determine criticality, impact, and root cause.
- Perform analysis based on descriptions provided by the originator of the incidence report and traces/logs.
- Reproduce single event incidences to gain a comprehensive understanding.
- Identify and determine the root cause of incidents, ensuring the lowest impact and minimizing side effects.
- Collaborate with different departments and teams within ZF to find optimal solutions, especially when multiple components are affected.
- Execute resolving and correction activities, including updating design specifications (Component- and Technical Specification), software coding, and conducting static and dynamic tests.
The perfect candidate has:
- 3+ years of related professional experience, including expertise in DevOps solutions, automation, and continuous integration.
- Proven development and automation experience.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management using Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies, particularly Azure Cloud, and optional experience with Openstack.
- Expertise in CI/CD processes, specifically Azure Pipelines.
- Knowledge of Orchestration technologies such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Familiarity with Containers, including OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes technologies (optional).
