Your mission: 

We are looking for a Site Supervisor for one of our international clients. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction quality activities on site, ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with technical specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable industry standards. 

Responsibilities:

• Supervising construction activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
• Preventing, identifying, and reporting deviations or non-conformities.
• Monitoring contractor adherence to QA/QC requirements and approved quality plans.
• Reviewing and approving inspection and quality control documentation.
• Conducting site inspections and verifying compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
• Preparing inspection reports and tracking corrective actions.
  Coordinating with contractors and project stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Promoting HSE compliance and a strong safety culture on site.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and construction performance.

Your profile:  

• Previous experience as a Construction Supervisor, Site
• Inspector, or Quality Supervisor is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations and civil engineering works.
• Solid understanding of reinforced concrete works and the requirements of EN 13670.
• Experience with concrete repair activities and the EN 1504 series standards, including shotcrete applications.
• Familiarity with quality assurance and inspection processes in construction projects.
• Experience within a highly regulated industrial environment; experience in the nuclear sector is considered a strong asset.
• Good understanding of quality, safety, and HSE requirements.
• Native or fluent Dutch or French speaker with the ability to understand technical specifications, standards, and documentation in English.
• Successful completion of the NIRAS Long-Term Safety Training is considered an advantage.
