With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for:

Quality Assurance Engineer - Software

The candidate will focus on quality Assurance of a set of software applications or a set of software preponderant equipment’s during development, integration, validation or maintenance phases.

Quality Assurance and Control follow-up of the development, integration, validation or maintenance current phases:

• Take part to the verification of the documentation data packages delivered by the external provider for subcontracted developments for each milestone or review or internally prepared.
• Before each internal delivery provide support to the Work Package manager for filling the Internal Delivery review Board checklist, prepare all elements to support a veto whenever necessary and provide them to the software Quality.
• Prepare and attend the development reviews and milestones( linked either to externally subcontracted or internal developments for what concerns Software Quality Assurance matters), with potential attendance of Space agencies representatives to ensure their correct progress until their closure
• Assess the review/milestones versus internal Standards corresponding checklists,
  Provide Quality support in the preparation of internal or external deliveries des livraisons client.

Attendance to software development progress meetings (internal or at provider level) and contribute to project risks analysis;

Software problems reports and Non-conformances management including the organisation and the attendance to non-conformances review boards (NRBs) , anomalies follow up until formal closure and derogations/ waivers management.

Follow-up of the Software technical Debt, detection of any debt drift. Settlement and follow-up of corresponding actions plans so as to come back under the applicable targets.

Verification of the consistency of configuration status (especially before any milestone or review)and perform configuration audit whenever necessary.

For hardware specific items (when relevant) : perform incoming inspection, follow-up and verify CECC, FPPTS Fixed rate RoHS and CE marking activities

Preparation of the Quality final reporting documents (such as Software Product Assurance Milestone reports or software product report,… )

Preparation of the data needed for the compilation of software Quality specific KPIs (for Projects Management Reviews [PMR] , Industrial Quality Committees [IQC]])

Master's degree in Engineering in one of the following fields: Electronic, Computer, Telecommunication, Aeronautics, Aerospace, Physics.
3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance with focus on software.
Good problem solving skills.
Good level of english knowledge (B2)

Requirements:

• Quality assurance and Control in Space domain ( ECSS or equivalent standards);
• Quality Assurance and Control related to Programme and Software developments + Notions of Hardware Quality Assurance);
• Coding languages and software development environment (ADA, C/C++, Java);
• Software development lifecycles, Agile / DEVOPS methodology
