Project Engineer Building:
Position Overview :
As a Project Engineer Consultant, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects. You work closely with various teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives within the established timelines and budgets. You oversee the technical aspects of the project and ensure that the required technical specifications, designs, and documentation are prepared and implemented. Additionally, you provide technical support, resolve technical issues, and ensure effective communication between all parties involved.
Role Responsibilities:
· Follow-up of capital projects according to the CPMP methodology with a focus on civil constructions: concrete, steel, and finishes.
· Supervision of the construction of buildings (civil structures, concrete floors, façade and roof finishes, interior finishes, etc.)
· Writing specifications, comparing bills of quantities, selecting contractor firms, and closely monitoring their daily site activities.
· Preparing and managing project plans, including objectives, milestones, tasks, and resources.
· Monitoring project progress and identifying and solving any technical issues.
· Providing effective and timely reporting on project progress to the project manager.
· Collaborating with other internal and external stakeholders to understand and meet project requirements and expectations.
· Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
· Documenting technical processes, procedures, and results.
· Contributing to the continuous improvement of technical processes and working methods.

Requirements :
Desired Education Level:
· Has knowledge and 3 to 5 years of experience as a project engineer in the construction industry (contractor and/or engineering office); experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is a plus.
· Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (specialization: structural/civil engineering).
· Technical knowledge of civil constructions and applications.
· Knowledge or interest in cleanrooms is a plus.
Skills :
· Strong organizational and planning skills in a construction site environment.
· Able to interpret and check architectural/engineering plans on-site.
· Team player – performs well in a multidisciplinary team.
· Strong communication skills.
· Proactive approach and hands-on mentality.
Language Requirements:
· Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
