With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for:

Power Electronic Engineer - Space

The candidate will focus on analog electronic design with a power electronic emphasis. He should have knowledge and at least 5yrs+ hands-on experience in the theories, concepts, principles, techniques, and practices of power electronics system design, architecture, and implementation.

The ideal candidate has a Degree in Electronic Engineering, and at least 3/5 years of experience working in the role. Good problem solving and team working skills, autonomy in the organization of assigned tasks and result orientation are required. Availability for national and international geographic mobility and an excellent knowledge of the English language are also required.

Requirements

The candidate presents the following characteristics:

• Knowledge of analysing EMC susceptibility and emissions from power conversion products;
• Good working knowledge of high voltage high power DC/DC converter design and validation and key components sizing is preferred;
• Knowledge and experience of managing thermal issues;
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical and magnetic materials;
  Knowledge of wide band gap GaN devices is a plus.
