We are hiring an Exposure Management Technical Expert / Pentest Coordinator to join our team in Madrid and work on an international project for a leading Swiss private banking organization.

 
🌍 The Project

You will join a global Cybersecurity team focused on strengthening security testing and exposure management practices across an international banking environment. You will work closely with security teams, application owners and external vendors to ensure the quality and effectiveness of penetration testing activities.

💡 What we're looking for

We are looking for an Exposure Management Technical Expert with hands-on experience in penetration testing, application security and vulnerability validation, particularly within web applications and APIs.

📋 Your Responsibilities

Validate and reproduce vulnerabilities reported during penetration testing engagements
Review penetration testing reports and ensure technical quality
Support scoping activities for security testing engagements
Advise technical teams on vulnerability remediation
Analyze and challenge false positives where required
Work closely with application, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams
Promote security testing best practices across the organization

✔️ Required Experience

3+ years of experience in Penetration Testing, Application Security or Vulnerability Assessment
Strong experience with web application security testing
Hands-on experience with Burp Suite
Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and common exploitation techniques
Experience reviewing and validating penetration testing findings
Understanding of APIs, authentication mechanisms and modern web architectures
Fluent English
Valid work permit for Spain

✔️ Nice to Have

OSCP, eWPT, CEH or similar certifications
Experience with third-party penetration testing providers
Network and infrastructure security knowledge
Secure code review experience
Python or JavaScript scripting skills
Banking or financial services experience
German language skills
