Position & Responsibilities

To support our major clients in the aerospace industry, we are looking for Medior/Senior Mechanical Design Engineers in Belgium to work on various types of complex parts and assemblies, including low-pressure compressors, primary aircraft structures, actuator systems, heat exchangers, lubrication systems, valves and tooling.

Within our client's R&D center, your main responsibilities will include:

Developing 3D models and technical drawings

Performing preliminary studies and mechanical design activities

Designing and modifying mechanical parts and assemblies

Preparing detailed drawings and updating parts lists

Participating in internal technical meetings and design reviews

Collaborating with other engineering departments and project stakeholders

You hold an Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in mechanical design within an industrial environment, ideally in the aerospace sector.

You have strong experience with at least one CAD software such as CATIA V5, Siemens NX or PTC Creo.

You have solid knowledge of mechanical design, detailed drawings and assembly design.

You have a good understanding of manufacturing processes and production methods for mechanical components.

You are able to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.

You are fluent in Frensh.
