We have a great hybrid opportunity for an HR Generalist to join our growing HR team. What will you be doing?
Onboarding Organize the medical check and the fire safety trainings for the new hires Prepare the onboarding documents for the new hires Request the relevant access rights and passwords Welcome new employees upon their arrival and give them an office tour Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software Recruitment Manage the overall end-to-end recruitment process Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline Screen candidates by reviewing resumes Perform phone screenings and prepare the candidate profiling form Schedule interviews with the selected candidates Actively take part on the online and face-to-face interviews Ensure an excellent candidate experience from the first contact
Offboarding Deactivate access rights and passwords Provide the exit data to the external payroll company Prepare the exit documents Ensure to collect the leaving employees’ technical equipments Other responsibilities Provide the payroll data to external payroll company regarding the new joiners and the leavers Collect and put together the payroll data for the monthly payroll Send over the cafeteria and other HR related documents to the employees Administer and handle the employees’ data Manage the employees’ timesheets Organize yearly medical checks and yearly fire safety trainings Prepare weekly reports on the new joiners, leavers and based on other ad hoc requests
