Senior Business Manager Aerospace

 As A Senior Business Manager within Akkodis, your role is key in our sales development strategy.
 You are responsible for developing business within your assigned
 
 
 
The role is characterised by three main areas of action:
 
Customer Management

Assess, benchmark and establish customer contacts
Develop your portfolio of strategic customers and prospects
Intervene in the negotiation of important commercial and contractual conditions
Develop a strong customer relationship by implementing contracts
Promote all the Group's service offerings
Play an anchor role for a dynamic &amp; lasting customer relationship with continuous follow-ups  
 
People Management

Active involvement in the sourcing &amp; selection process of candidates and new hire
Explore all avenues of having strong candidates pipeline such as employee referral, social sites, job fairs etc
Partner with recruiters &amp; staffing partners to recruit right talent in line with customer requirements
Develop proactive candidates pipelines to cater customer’s open positions
Engage with team of technical consultants with the help of HR tools such as Induction plans, Training plans, Performance management 



Financials Management

Build business plans (Long term plans, Budget, Forecast)
Track &amp; monitor business parameters such as revenue, operating margin, employee turnover, cash management, change management etc
Manage profit &amp; loss account for your profit center (investments, overheads, resource billability, invoicing processetc)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
We're looking for a Senior Business Manager with a strong business aptitude, with at least 4 years of experience in Aerospace sector.
Good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active, autonomous personality who can manage his/her own priorities, team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests, good with initiative and motivation to reach planned &amp; ambitious goals.
Deep knowledge of English language is mandatory (B2 level).

Transformation Project Manager 

The Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional transformation projects across Akkodis’ key business areas, including initiatives in digital transformation, technological innovation, and engineering services. The role ensures that all project activities are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Akkodis’ quality standards and client expectations.
This position will be under Operation Direction. We’re looking for someone who will be responsible of the transformation of the company, leading those projects, in collaboration with the rest of the team abroad Italy&amp;Spain.
 
 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure;
Coordinate activities among internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders;
Prepare and maintain project documentation (project plans, reports, KPIs, risk logs);
Gather and analyze requirements; define project roadmaps and milestones;
Track deliverables and proactively address issues or risks;
Support digital transformation initiatives and innovation-related projects;
Facilitate communication and alignment across multidisciplinary teams;
Oversee project budget, timelines, and resource allocation, implementing corrective actions when needed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
We're looking for a Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience.
Good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active, autonomous personality who can manage his/her own priorities, team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests, good with initiative and motivation to reach planned &amp; ambitious goals.
Deep knowledge of English language is mandatory (c1 level).
 
 


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Computer, Management Engineering, or similar fields;
3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager or in related roles, ideally within consulting or system integration environments;
Good understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum);
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities;
Comfortable working with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams;
Familiarity with digital transformation, IT processes, or emerging technologies;
Good level of English (spoken and written), C1;
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).

Profil:

The role is characterised by three main areas of action:
 
Customer Management

Assess, benchmark and establish customer contacts
Develop your portfolio of strategic customers and prospects
Intervene in the negotiation of important commercial and contractual conditions
Develop a strong customer relationship by implementing contracts
Promote all the Group's service offerings
Play an anchor role for a dynamic &amp; lasting customer relationship with continuous follow-ups  
 
People Management

Active involvement in the sourcing &amp; selection process of candidates and new hire
Explore all avenues of having strong candidates pipeline such as employee referral, social sites, job fairs etc
Partner with recruiters &amp; staffing partners to recruit right talent in line with customer requirements
Develop proactive candidates pipelines to cater customer’s open positions
Engage with team of technical consultants with the help of HR tools such as Induction plans, Training plans, Performance management 



Financials Management

Build business plans (Long term plans, Budget, Forecast)
Track &amp; monitor business parameters such as revenue, operating margin, employee turnover, cash management, change management etc
Manage profit &amp; loss account for your profit center (investments, overheads, resource billability, invoicing process etc)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
We're looking for a Business Manager with a strong business aptitude, with at least 1 years of experience in IT sector.
Good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active, autonomous personality who can manage his/her own priorities, team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests, good with initiative and motivation to reach planned &amp; ambitious goals.
Deep knowledge of English language is mandatory (B2 level).

Key Account Manager - Life Sciences

Entra a far parte della nostra divisione Life Sciences, un gruppo di circa 400 consulenti che operano in Italia e circa 3.000 in Europa nelle Life Sciences attraverso le altre Region Europee. La nostra forza è da sempre l’integrazione delle nostre competenze, che ci permettono di avere una visione a 360° del mondo farmaceutico.


Quale sarà il tuo contributo in Akkodis?

Riporterai all' Head dell'Area Commerciale e ti occuperai del consolidamento e dello sviluppo del portafoglio clienti, di attività di scouting di mercato e dell’impostazione ed elaborazione della reportistica analitica.

In particolar modo:
Promuoverai lo sviluppo delle attività di Business dell’area, gestendo le relazioni commerciali con le aziende clienti
Gestirai e svilupperai il budget assegnato
Svolgerai attività di Scouting operativo, volto all’acquisizione di nuovi clienti e alla fidelizzazione di quelli esistenti
Effettuerai visite di acquisizione e fidelizzazione, volte alla presentazione di tutti i diversi servizi aziendali, in linea con l’immagine della società
Gestirai le trattative commerciali
