Nell’ottica di un potenziamento del team, ricerchiamo una figura di: Utilities Process Engineer La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno del Team di un’importante azienda multinazionale operante nel settore Oil & Gas e si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Sviluppo di bilanci termici e materiali utilizzando i software di simulazione; Sviluppo di diagrammi di flusso del processo per mostrare le operazioni unitarie necessarie per convertire le materie prime in prodotti su specifica; Definizione e dimensionamento dell'attrezzatura e della strumentazione da implementare ed emissione delle relative schede tecniche di processo e delle specifiche di servizio del pacchetto; Elaborazione di diagrammi di tubazioni e strumentazione; Elaborazione della matrice di causa ed effetto; Sviluppo delle narrazioni di controllo e delle sequenze logiche per i sistemi assegnati; Esecuzione di calcoli idraulici e termici sui sistemi di tubazione in condizioni stazionarie e transitorie; Definizione dei requisiti delle utenze e progettazione dei sistemi associati; Definizione dei requisiti di sostanze chimiche e catalizzatori per i sistemi assegnati e relativa sintesi; Definizione delle quantità e delle caratteristiche degli effluenti da smaltire nell’ambiente; Supporto della preparazione del manuale operativo e delle procedure di prova; Implementazione della filosofia di progettazione contrattuale; Controllo della qualità tecnica dei calcoli, delle simulazioni software e dei risultati prodotti secondo il sistema di qualità; Revisione dei progetti mutlidisciplinari.

Il candidato ideale ha una laurea in Ingegneria Chimica ed ha maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo. Sono richieste buona capacità di problem solving e di team working, autonomia nell’organizzazione delle task assegnate ed orientamento al risultato. Requisiti Sono richieste le seguenti competenze: Esperienza pregressa in sistemi a torcia, sistemi a vapore e condensa, trattamento delle acque, combustione, sistemi di raffreddamento dell’acqua, turbine a vapore e unità turbine a gas; Conoscenza dei codici e deli standard internazionali di ingegneria; Esperienza pregressa nella progettazione di processi per l’industria petrolchimica/Oil & Gas e/o tecnologie verdi; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
