Your mission: As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be fully integrated into the recruitment team and actively contribute to supporting multiple hiring needs coming directly from Business Managers. This is not an observation internship, you will progressively take ownership and play a real role in the recruitment performance of the team. Your objective: Support the team’s workload Develop strong recruitment fundamentals Learn how consulting recruitment works in a business-driven environment Your responsibilities: You will progressively work on: Understanding hiring needs from Business Managers Sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, direct approach) Building and managing talent pools Conducting screening calls Managing several recruitment priorities simultaneously Participating in interviews (with Recruiter and Business Manager) Following candidates throughout the recruitment process Depending on your progression, you may also: Conduct interviews independently Contribute to recruitment strategy on specific roles

Your profile: Bachelor's or Master’s degree student (HR, Business, Management or related field) Structured and organized Curious and eager to understand business challenges Comfortable speaking on the phone Strong communication skills Fluent in French and Dutch or English First experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not mandatory You are proactive, reliable and willing to take responsibility. Position description :
Position Summary As the CAR T Techlance facility continues to increase it's production capacity, we are looking for a Production Support Engineer. As the Production Support Engineer, you hold a pivotal role in the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of well-defined operational support activities within manufacturing. These activities encompass, but are not limited to: • Pre-Processing activities like sterilization (internal and external) and kitting (internal and external) • Non-Cell Processing Related Materials (a.o. consumables, artwork, gowning) • Site Risk Assessment Management • Access Rights Management • Order Management Tasks and responsibilities • You take ownership of and will handle all related requirements, including the following responsibilities: • Liaison between Ghent operations and pre-processing activities (sterilization and kitting), facilitating communication, resolving issues, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration to enhance overall production efficiency. • Drive continuous improvement. Regularly track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess production efficiency, material usage (scrap and yield), quality (NCs) and delivery (OOS, lead times). Support & lead projects in line with site objectives and to drive continuous improvement in close collaboration with supporting departments. • Develop, review and approve robust operational documentation framework of the operational supporting activities, including operating procedures, work instructions etc., and ensure adequate training of the organization. Perform operational assessment for changes. • Participate in the Change Control/Technical Board meetings and in Operational Performance Review meetings with focus on continuous improvement of the operational supporting activities. Contribute to root cause investigations and develop, review, approve (and own) robust CAPA plans.

Profile : • Preferably a minimum of 10 years established experience within either MSAT, Quality or Operations. Ideally experience in 2 or more of these settings. • Engineering or Scientific education to Master level or equivalent through experience. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate to various departments and help navigate differing priorities to ensure deadlines are met. • Fluent in Dutch and English. • Willingness to work on site 5 days per week. Voor de farmaceutische tak van ons bedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Assurance specialist. Onder jouw takenpakket valt: Nazicht en goedkeuren van policies, procedures, acceptatiecriteria, kwalificatie-en validatiedocumenten (plan, vereisten, protocol, rapport ...), wijzigingen en deviaties voor alle computerizeerde systemen (CS) met betrekking tot Automatisatie (camera’s, kartoneerders, MES, autoclaven, serialisatiesystemen ...), Labo systemen (HPLC, GC, Empower, Lims , FTIR, NIR ...) IT systemen (SAP, routers, servers, firewalls …). Verzekeren van geharmoniseerde CS validatieaanpak in projecten waarbij gecomputerizeerde systemen betrokken zijn Eventueel nazicht en goedkeuren van kwalificatie-en validatiedocumenten voor andere domeinen (sterilisatie validatie, cleaning validatie, utilities aanpassingen, ...); Afstemmen met auteurs omtrent commentaren bij de review (kan zowel in het Nederlands als het Engels zijn). Quality Computer System Validatie input bij deviatie-onderzoeken binnen validaties (review finaal rapport, afsluiten taken in het SAP systeem). Ondersteunen van inspecties en audit activiteiten. Realiseren van oplossingen voor gereguleerde niet-conforme GMP CS; Promoten van GMP bewustzijn een cultuur van voortdurende verbetering en bewerkstelligen van productieprocesverbeteringen door laatste trends in validatiegebruiken en goede praktijken.

Master diploma in een wetenschappelijke richting (bv. Farmaceutische wetenschappen, Bio-ingenieur, Chemie, Biotechnologie, Industriële wetenschappen, ...). Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen Quality Assurance of Computer System Validatie in een gereguleerde (GxP) farmaceutische of biotechnologische omgeving. Grondige kennis van GMP-richtlijnen, Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11 en GAMP 5. Ervaring met validatie van verschillende types systemen: automatisatie, labo- en IT-systemen.
