Je coacht project engineers op vlak van validatie en kwaliteitssystemen, ziet toe op correcte toepassing van good validation practices en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de opgeleverde documenten. Daarnaast faciliteer en documenteer je risicobeoordelingen binnen het kwaliteitssysteem en lever je input voor managementrapporteringen. In deze brugfunctie werk je nauw samen met Engineering, Quality, technische specialisten (SME’s), System Owners en andere betrokkenen. Binnen de projectstructuur neem je de rol op van subteamlead Validation. Naast validatiecoördinatie bied je ondersteuning aan de projectleider bij het bewaken van de algemene projectplanning. Je stelt de overkoepelende projectplanning op, consolideert alle mijlpalen en houdt het centrale projectplanningsbestand up-to-date. Je monitort continu de voortgang, informeert het projectteam tijdig over status en knelpunten en signaleert mogelijke conflicten of risico’s in de uitvoering en onderlinge afhankelijkheden van projectactiviteiten. Je ondersteunt de projectleider bij het identificeren en beoordelen van planningsrisico’s en het opstellen van passende mitigerende acties. Ook op dit vlak lever je input voor rapportering naar het management.
