Quale sarà il tuo contributo in Akkodis?



All’interno della nostra divisione Energy sarai coinvolto all’interno di un progetto riguardante il settore Oil &amp; Gas.


La risorsa sarà a supporto del progetto la figura dovrà seguire le seguenti attività con il supporto di una figura senior per le seguenti fasi:

Gestione della Sicurezza: Assicurare che tutte le attività di manutenzione siano eseguite in conformità con le normative di sicurezza e le politiche aziendali.
Utilizzo di CMMS: Gestire e ottimizzare l'uso del software CMMS per pianificare, monitorare e analizzare le attività di manutenzione, garantendo l'efficienza operativa e la riduzione dei tempi di inattività.
Analisi dei Dati: Analizzare i dati di manutenzione e sicurezza per identificare tendenze, aree di miglioramento e opportunità di ottimizzazione.
Formazione e Supporto: Fornire formazione e supporto al personale di manutenzione riguardo alle pratiche di sicurezza e all'uso del CMMS.
Audit e Ispezioni: Condurre audit regolari e ispezioni di sicurezza per garantire che le procedure siano seguite e che gli standard di sicurezza siano rispettati.
Collaborazione Interfunzionale: Lavorare a stretto contatto con altri dipartimenti, come ingegneria, produzione e qualità, per garantire un approccio integrato alla sicurezza e alla manutenzione.
Reportistica: Preparare report dettagliati sulle performance di manutenzione e sicurezza, presentando raccomandazioni per miglioramenti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
About you
 

Requisiti per iniziare il tuo percorso di crescita:
 

Hai una Laurea in Ingegneria/Sicurezza Industriale o un campo correlato e/o almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel settore O&amp;G?
 
Laurea in Ingegneria, Sicurezza Industriale o un campo correlato.
Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo simile, preferibilmente nel settore della manutenzione.
Conoscenza approfondita dei principi di ingegneria della sicurezza e delle normative vigenti.
Esperienza nell'utilizzo di software CMMS (es. SAP, Maximo, Infor, ecc.).
Eccellenti capacità analitiche e di problem-solving.
Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
Capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire progetti in modo efficace.

Planner Enginner:

La risorsa verrà inserita in un team di progetto e si occuperà della pianificazione e gestione dei progetti in ambito  Oil &amp; Gas. La risorsa sarò responsabile della creazione, implementazione e monitoraggio di piani di progetto dettagliati, assicurando che le attività siano completate nei tempi e nei budget stabiliti, inoltre collaborerà con diverse funzioni aziendali e parti interessate per garantire l'efficacia e l'efficienza dei progetti&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Il candidato ideale ha una laurea in Ingegneria  (preferibilmente Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria Meccanica o affini) ed ha maturato almeno 5 anni nello stesso ruolo nel settore Oil &amp; Gas. Completano il profilo un'ottima  capacità di lavorare in team, ottime doti comunicative e la fluente conoscenza della lingua italiana ed inglese. 

Requisiti:
Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni  nel ruolo di Planner Engineer settore Oil &amp; Gas;;
Conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche di pianificazione e gestione dei progetti;;
Ottima padronanza di software di pianificazione (es. Primavera P6, MS Project);
Capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire le relazioni con diverse funzioni aziendali;;Eccellenti doti analitiche e problem-solving;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.

Topside Commissioning Lead- Oil &amp; Gas
What will your contribution be at Akkodis?
Within our Energy division you will be involved in a project related to the Oil &amp; Gas sector.
The resource will support the project and will be required to carry out the following activities:
Report to the Topside Commissioning Manager and support the execution of commissioning for the assigned Topside systems.
Lead field activities for pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test runs, and handover of FPSO Topside Units, adhering to safety, quality, time, and budget targets.
Manage safe and efficient commissioning, start-up, and performance testing, with strict HSE compliance.
Coordinate a multidisciplinary team (control room operators, discipline supervisors, foremen, technicians, vendor reps, Class inspectors, Client) to ensure readiness and execution.
Review project schedule, finalize P&amp;ID mark-ups, and prepare/secure Client approval of commissioning deliverables (Method Statements, OTPs, JSAs, Risk Assessments, etc.).
Develop and maintain three-month look-ahead schedules; ensure availability of tools, consumables, and spare parts; manage third-party inspectors as required.
Act as Process and Mechanical Isolation authority; manage Punch Point screening and closure; ensure proper traceability of modifications.
Support Ready-for-Commissioning dossiers and certificate review/acceptance; participate in PTW processes and shipyard HSE initiatives.
Interface with Construction, Field Engineering, Class/Certification inspectors, and Client to ensure smooth handovers and ongoing alignment.
Lead and develop site team competency; monitor performance and escalate issues as needed.

About you
Requirements to start your professional path:
Experience: Minimum 7 years in EPC Oil &amp; Gas execution (onshore/offshore), with at least one FPSO project from shipyard pre-commissioning through offshore commissioning, start-up, and performance testing as Commissioning Lead/Engineer within an EPC contractor.
Education: Technical diploma or Engineering bachelor’s degree.
Growth trajectory: Demonstrated progression from site commissioning supervisor to system owner in commissioning.
Travel/Location: Willingness to work across Paris, China Onshore, and Angola Offshore; comfortable with international travel and multi-cultural teams.
Skills: Strong leadership and team management, excellent planning and scheduling, robust QA/QC knowledge, effective communication, problem solving, and ability to manage interfaces with clients, vendors, and regulators.
Language: English required; French and/or Portuguese are advantageous.
Certifications: Relevant safety/HSE certifications and any client/class-specific qualifications are a plus.

Topside Commissioning Manager - Oil &amp; Gas
What will your contribution be at Akkodis?
Within our Energy division you will be involved in a project related to the Oil &amp; Gas sector.
Topside Commissioning Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, testing and handover of FPSO Topside Process Units, coordinating head office 
Lead the Topside Commissioning Team for FPSO Process and Utilities systems (onboard, shipyard and offshore).
Define and implement the commissioning strategy, milestones and KPIs; review P&amp;IDs and operational procedures; ensure compliance with project and client requirements.
Manage pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test runs and handover; ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; monitor schedule and budget.
Oversee procurement and installation of temporary systems; define and execute spare parts strategy; coordinate with engineering and procurement.
Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation &amp; control, mechanical and other disciplines; liaise with vendors and subcontractors.
Manage commissioning documentation, acceptance dossiers, LOTO, SIMOPS, QA/QC and certifications.
Supervise high-risk activities (HP leak tests, GTG start-ups, gas compressor tests) and ensure proper risk management.
Monitor progress with KPIs; adjust resources and schedules as needed; ensure asset preservation.
Interface with internal departments and external bodies (class society, client); lead handover with construction and commissioning teams.

Team and Schedule:
Define team structure, recruit and onboard Commissioning Engineers; monitor performance.
Contribute to the project schedule; plan vendor support and mobilization; maintain dashboards for completions and KPI tracking.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
About you
Requirements to start your professional path:
Minimum 10 years of experience in EPC for onshore/offshore Oil &amp; Gas.
Proven track record on at least one FPSO project as Commissioning
Manager and/or Superintendent within an EPC contractor.
Engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred; technical diploma acceptable.
Demonstrated growth from field commissioning to leadership roles (Commissioning Lead/Superintendent/Manager).
Strong technical background in process and/or complex mechanical packages.

What will your contribution be at Akkodis?
Within our Energy division you will be involved in a project related to the Oil &amp; Gas sector.
The resource will support the project and will be required to carry out the following activities:
Verify the documents certifying the tests, checks, and inspections performed and their orderly collection and management, including mechanical completion.
Verify the implementation of the notification process for inspections, checks, and tests.
Verify the procedures and equipment to be used in tests, checks, and inspections and agree the applicable operating procedures with the organization responsible for the work.
Plan and assign Quality Control (QC) Supervisor functions to the different areas of the project, ensuring coordination of the assigned personnel.
Support the PQM / QCM in defining the Project Quality Management System and in identifying the necessary project quality control plans and the control procedures.
Support the implementation of the activities of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) within the project.
Ensure the training of site personnel on topics related to Quality Control.
Verify the proper identification and recording of Non-Conformities, as well as the implementation of the related corrective actions.

About you
Requirements to start your professional path:
Language: fluent in English and French. Other languages are a plus.
Experience: background in the Oil &amp; Gas sector, 10 years of experience in Maintenance and Operations / Construction.

Medical fitness certificate / BOSIET / Yellow fever / Seaman's book.
Available for onshore and offshore assignments.
